What is a Macerator?

A macerator efficiently disposes of single-use waste materials, such as incontinence pads and pulp items. By breaking these down into a fine slurry, which is then safely flushed away. This minimises the risk of cross-contamination and reduces the environmental impact.

Why use a single-use, disposables system?

• Eliminates cross infection risk from reusable equipment
• Hands-free system reduces number of touch points
• Immediate disposal reduces potential risk of contamination spray, splash backs, etc.
